Another case involved a woman who tried to make a stock transfer. The transfer company lost her stock certificate, costing the woman several hundred thousand dollars. Mr. Finamore took the case to trial and got a satisfactory resolution before the trial was complete.

Mr. Finamore has appeared in courtrooms throughout Eastern Massachusetts, and is always prepared to take a case to court if need be. However, if a reasonable settlement can be achieved without having to bring a case to trial, Mr. Finamore will do so.
