Eric P. Finamore has represented clients in Massachusetts courts since 1983.  From 1987 until 2002 he was an associate attorney with law firm Riley, Burke & Donahue LLP, with offices in Boston and Danvers, Massachusetts .  Previously, he was an associate attorney with Cargill, Masterman & Culbert in Boston .  He was also a research associate with the American Society of Law, Medicine & Ethics.

Since 2003, Mr. Finamore has been a member of Weston Patrick, P.A. (formerly Weston, Patrick, Willard & Redding), a professional association of independent attorneys located in downtown Boston .  Mr. Finamore's litigation practice is independent of the other members of Weston Patrick, but it is complemented by the variety of practice specialties of the other attorney members.

Mr. Finamore represents plaintiffs and defendants in civil lawsuits and claims, particularly in State and Federal Courts in Massachusetts , as well as in administrative agencies and private arbitrations.  His primary areas of practice include personal injury cases such as those resulting from motor vehicle accidents, construction and workplace accidents, product-related injuries, falls, and other sources.  He also represents parties to other types of civil cases, such as those involving employment contracts, business disputes, real estate issues, insurance coverage and claim disputes, will contests and probate proceedings, and divorces.

Mr. Finamore also has a background as a mediator and arbitrator in civil cases.  He has served as a conciliator in the Essex Superior Court conciliation program, and he current acts as a mediator and arbitrator by agreement between the parties.

Mr. Finamore is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York .  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America), and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.  Mr. Finamore lives in Newton, Massachusetts with his wife, Leslie, and his daughter.
